BioKara Polyhymnia -- what kind of name is that for a kid? Mom and Dad have always told me it was their offering to the Gods, a way of giving thanks for me. Personally? I would have been happy with a name I could pronounce on a regular basis. Of course, I think Mom and Dad got tired of it, too, so I've pretty well been known as "Polly" since birth.
It's been nine years since then, and a lot's changed. What I'm doing here, I have no idea. Of course, it would help if I knew where here was. Either I'm having visions like Mom, or I totally scrambled my noodles like Uncle Saul...neither of which is a particularly tasty thought. If there's one thing I've learned, though, it's to scout things out. Maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll run into someone I know who can tell me what the frak is going on.
